When can I expect delivery after placing an order?

You should receive your items within 24 hours of placing the order. We deliver every day, including Friday. A member of the Peninsula Team will contact you to coordinate a suitable time when you are available and we can deliver.

Are there any other charges on the items I purchase?

The price stated on the website is the price you will pay. This price includes 5% VAT and also the 30% Retail Sales Fee.

Is there a delivery charge?

No, delivery is absolutely free!

Do you deliver to Dubai or Al Ain?

We deliver all around Abu Dhabi and you will see a drop-down list of the localities, both on and off island, when you Register and order. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to Al Ain currently or Dubai.

Can my wife / husband or friend receive my items ordered?

NO, you must personally be available to receive your items, and provide your original ID used during your initial Registration .

Can I pay for an order by cash?

As part of our current high sanitation precautions, all payments at this time are to be made on-line when you order. Payments are made through an approved and certified secure gateway.

Are all items available in the Peninsula Stores also available On-Line?

The Peninsula portfolio includes over 3000 products and therefore we cannot include every one on the On-Line Service. However, products are rotated to give new options and increased variety. So why not pop into one of our Stores and a member of our team will gladly show you around and assist.

How can I be confident about the sanitized handling of Peninsula products?

Peninsula has implemented stringent health & safety and sanitation procedures at every stage of the operation chain. All suppliers have confirmed their procedural pre-cautions, however, prior to entering the Peninsula Warehouse all vehicles, personnel and stocks are checked and undergo sanitation measures. Peninsula stores are cleaned and sanitized, inclusive of sterilization fogging on a regular basis throughout the day, and the staff monitored to be following the Authorities’ recommended precautions. Home Delivery is made via a sanitized, refrigerated vehicle by trained staff, and all products have their packing sterilized before they reach your door.

What times are the Peninsula Stores open?

Every day from 9.30am until 8pm, based upon the current National Sanitation Programme.

What is the Peninsula Loyalty Programme?

Whenever purchasing in a Peninsula Store you will be rewarded with a number of points related to the amount you spend. These points can be reimbursed for discount on future purchases. It is easy to join the Loyalty Programme, simply visit a Peninsula Store and download the App. The staff will help you through the process, and it can be done immediately.

Can I get Peninsula Loyalty Points when I order On-Line ?

At this time you are only eligible to accumulate Loyalty Points when you make purchases in the Store.

Are the price promotions available in the Stores also available On-Line ?

A majority of the promotions within the Stores are available also On-Line.
